Things Change

I haven’t posted in this section in a while!

Many things have changed as far as my employment goes.
After leaving the Ottawa Marriott I did a short stint @ Aroma Meze.
Things didn’t work out!

I got a call from John Morris the exec sous chef at the NAC last week, he invited me to come and do a stage. He said he could use the extra hands on show nights.

Really like this concept, Chef’s backpack!
Hope to see it in production some day.
Chef’s bags and rolls available these days suck. I purchased a Global Knives bag a couple years ago, within the first week the tip of my chef knife had poke through the bag.

This project was done sometime in March. Been lazy. Group project (3 people) Sophomore year at CMU. Project brief was: a softgood that relates to EATING. After brainstorming, our group decided to do a bag that helps chefs transport their tools.

The Organized Crime Winery

A while a go, Dave from Fine Diners clued me into to this small boutique winery in the Niagara region.
Since we were in the area for the Burlington Rib Festival and had a few hours to spare. My father and I decide to take a drive out to The Organized Crime Winery in Beamsville Ontario to see what the hype was about.
