I haven’t posted in this section in a while!
Many things have changed as far as my employment goes.
After leaving the Ottawa Marriott I did a short stint @ Aroma Meze.
Things didn’t work out!
I got a call from John Morris the exec sous chef at the NAC last week, he invited me to come and do a stage. He said he could use the extra hands on show nights.
This site will be dedicated to anything regarding Food, Restaurants and my employment within the food industry in Ottawa.
I currently live two life’s!
By day I’m a civil servant, working as a Web Developer/Graphics Designer for federal government of Canada.
By night I’m @ line cook, currently employed by the Ottawa Marriott.
This site is the perfect location for me to join both my passions!
I will be posting activities, recipes, photos and links to other culinary data.
Please stay tuned as the site will be in constant evolution, as will my culinary adventure!
