Christmas has come and gone!
Anneke bought me this real nice Cuisinart SM-70BCC stand mixer for Christmas!
It’s a wonderful machine, tons of power (1000watts). I don’t think I’ll burn this one out anytime soon.
My parents own the Kitchen Aid 450 watt stand mixer, last time I used it my mom thought I was going to burn it out! These devices are made for home use, not hours of sausage making!
I can’t wait to start using it…I can think of a thousand ways to use it.
Bread, Pasta, Desserts, Baking… to name a few.
